I had Tikona connection a year back. due to the inefficiency of the service provided i logged many complaints regarding the connectivity and the speed. i never got service on time. fed up of the service i stopped Tikona and there was only one month amount pending.
It was their fault for not providing the service that they had promised for and had filed a complaint against me for not paying an amount of 1111/- if they would have shown the pro-activeness in fixing their technical issues that would have been more appreciated than showing their pro-activeness in legal issues
