Dear Sir,
I applied for a Airtel broadbad connection on date 1 Jan and i paid amount Rs 500/ for the connection.
He promised me that i will get connection within 2 days but I didn't get the connecten.
After 2 days he said that due to some technical problem connection can't be given to my address.
i made a complaint to the Airtel office for my amount to be returned, they said that i will get my amount 10 days by cheque. i waited till two weeks but there was no response from the Airtell office neither there was a call or any information about the cheque was given to me.
My application number is SEF TBLR 192592. so till now no response from airtel persons.
