Hi Team,

My Internet connection was down for the month of October and November, I raised the complaint but it was not solved on the time. I raised complaint 3 times for refund, below are the complaint number, however each time complaint got closed without informing me and solving my issue.

Apart from this, every month in my bill I can see, that I have been charged for some Website Development, I never use any Airtel Website, I don't know on what basis I have been charged.
