Dear Sir,

I have applied for new broadband connection with airtel company manager Mr. Sandeep Cell No: 9004027528 has visited my office & we have chosen yearly plan offered my them was pay for 9 month & you will get 3 month free but what Mr. Sandeep did after taking my document i started receiving monthly bill as i received my first bill i complain at 121 & even mail to there id :[email protected] & even mail to Mr. Jimit: [email protected] but no action was taken.

Now there recovery people & advocate is calling me again and again & giving me mental pressure for payment i have requested them to come to my office will seat and solve the issue but they never come now Mr. Sandeep is not answering my call. I am ready to pay my bill but want yearly plan which was promised by Mr. sandeep.
