Hathway - Kandivali East
Poor customer service

Hi,

I am Amit Gupta resident of kandivali East.

I am having hathway broadband connection. I lodged a complaint for NO INTERNET CONNECTIVITY on 30th Sep 2007 at 8:15 AM. After that I called up number of times to them but they are not able to rectify it. Every time they give me an excuse that in 1/2 hour we will call back you but they never. Till the time (3rd Oct 11:15am) there is no response from their end.

Their customer service is such a BAD and also technical support.
