Excessive billing

Dear Sir/Madam

With much grief and displeasure I want to bring toyour notice that I am being overly charged on my monthly Airtel Broadband bill.

Account no. 15720827

Since the begining of my connection, I am being charged with 'Airtel PC Secure' Rs. 85 every month and that too without any intimation.

I have complained about the same as I do not want this PC SECURE, neither did i ever ask for it but my complaints have fallen on deaf ears.

I request you to please look into the matter and adjust the amount of all the previous months (Rs. 85 each month).

Also without intimation I have been put on e-bill and the hard copy does not reach my residence. I fail to understand how an organisation like BHARTI can act in this manner.

Kindly look into both the matters. An early response from ypur end would be appreciated.
