Now, its around 12 days since the problem of frenzo. the same problem of mismatch of username and password is arising inspite of entering the new username and password provided by ur company. i can wait but for a week now. after this, i will hAve to take strict action. if its not done in a week, i will deactivate my connection and also of all my office staff and my entire family. i will personally take the matter to the press with the label
