I have a net pack and during browsing through mobile (server- Airtel) an amount about 103.00 rupees had been deducted from my main account but 34 Mb GPRS balance was still remaining at that time. I had contacted Airtel customer care but 11 representatives listen my prolem and then they just cut the line. Finally one took my complain saying they will made the feedback after 48 hrs. as they didnot have the updates right then. But But ..after 60 hrs when I call again they said that I have no GPRS balance at the time of deduction of the said money I was trying to say that I had the GPRS balance at the time of complain then they refused saying no complain was registrered from my number and cut the line...
Its a great tactics of fraudulency...
