Im very much disappointed writing this complain. Last time i complained about no proper network services and when i call customer care, no proper guidance and many a times the line is just on hold.

last time i complained about unneccesary deduction of amount on my phn. It was rectified after an engineer called me from Mumbai (I guess).

But the disruption in network service remains. I had been to NZ for almost two months after my problem was rectified about unnecessary deduction of amount for nothing. I returned a fortnight ago, and i experienced proper internet services only for some hours, probably, later i didnt have any internet on my phn for 5-6 days. Then it automatically got proper.

But later then again i have frequent disruption of internet. Secondly, I recharged my phn for 10, 000 free text mssgs (local and STD), but to add to my anger, when i sent my mssgs to multiple recepients, it deducted 0.9 paisa for many local recepients. Presently, im not able to send mssgs to many contacts. When i send mssgs to multiple contacts, it sends some and it fails to send some.

This is not the first day, its almost more than a week, it could be 10-12 days.

And to add to my disappointment, im not able to make calls from my phn to any contacts. Yes i recive calls and text mssgs, but not able to call any. Im not able to send text mssgs to international contacts either.

And to top it, when i called customer service, im not able to get thru, it says ""dial 121 to knnow ur balance"" And fortunately when i get connected sometimes, I get doubly disappointed when customer service are not able to understand me for having english language problem, and i still bear all that and try to explain them and try to get some help from them, they promise to connect me to their superiors, but everytime im put on hold for more than 10 minutes or it could be more if i dont disconnect.

What should i do, throw away the sim and buy a new one? What guarantee i have that my new sim will work well, will i have to send my contacts the mssgs for changed number, JUST BECOZ AIRTEL CANNOT PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE???
