TO TAKE UP THIS MATTER WITH THE AIRTEL AUTHORITY IMMEDIATELLY SINCE I AM BEING HARASHED UNNECESSARY FOR NO FAULT OF MINE.

Subject :- Regarding disconnection of Telephone No. 01147595597 and final bill payment of A/C No. 14387195 Bill No. 696460447 dated 18.06.2011 Billing period 17.05.2011 to 16.06.2011.

Sir,

Please refer to the above mentioned subject vide which I have intimated to disconnect my connection of Airtel with effect from 16.06.2011 vide telephone conversation with customer care services.

It is regretted to point out that uptill now I have not received any massage regarding disconnection but instead I am receiving bill through mail for payment. This is creating mental unnecessary problem since telephonically also I am being threatened to pay the bill again and again. The customer care / call centre phone No. 01147322891 on dated 04.11.2011 (Today) is also harassing me and threatening that they will relate this problem to my relatives who are also being dragged unnecessary and also they are threatening to issue legal notice for no fault of mine.

It is hereby request that the final bill may be raised upto 16.06.2011 for which I am ready to pay the due amount. The bill may be sent through my email.
