My Airtel Wifi is not working propoerly. I have taken the services one week before. I live in a storey house and want wifi to work on every floor. Your executive have fixed two modems i.e. one on top floor and one on the ground. The major problem I am facing is that they both are not working together, . I am unable to connect on all the floors at a single time. I want to have one single mdem but the range should cover my whole building.
Plz solve the problem asap as we trust your gud name and expect that it will be sorted out in a day or two.
