NHPC refund not received

I have applied for 375 shares of NHPC worth of Rs.13500. but I gave a Rs-18000. cheque no-210504 from allahabad bank I have no received any shares and balance amount also not refunded..and I was trie in karvy conlt. Anuracha bhawa counnought place barakhamba road from 3 month but threre side did not give any service.

Kindly let me know the status of my refund amount.
