Didnt receive my product

I placed an order through Photobox back in July up until today I have not received by book its now the 8/10. I have complained to cudo, I have phone photobox several times (after it took me 2 weeks to finally find a number to call) I have been on there instant chat help line several times spoken to different people every time and still nothing, I have been lied to, told my order was shipped and got damaged so Australia Post sent it back to be reprinted have you ever heard a bigger lie!!! I was told it had been printed and sent, then told no it hadnt been printed, told it was put into urgent pile for printing 2 weeks ago, I called yesterday and guess what it hasnt been printed but again it will be put in the urgent pile and will take another 7-14 days what are they doing there, this whole time I have been complaining to Cudo & Photobox and been ignored they take your money and forget about you, they dont know their fronts from their backs. I dont want to wait any longer but like you I cant get a refund. Its beyond a joke no one wants to help. Very bad customer service
