Refund not initiated since 01, Nov. Sent so many mails. No reply. Canceled 3 orders out of 4 orders which are paid mistakenly due to internet payment failure. When checked 4 of the payments were made. They are not concerned about this. I called them so many times. They will not pick the phone. Customer care is useless.
