No installation after one week

I purchased the aquagaurd from home town on 12th of october from home town. The delivered it on 15th but did not send any body to install it for one week inspite of reminders.

No body is picking up the phone. The customer care number keeps in waiting fro tens of miniutes and never connects.

Please be care ful do not by any product just be big name these are organised cheaters
