SUB: INORDINATE DELAY IN SERVICE OF AQUAGUARD (EUREKA FORBES).
I have Purchase Aqua guard compact on 7/11. Machine is in Under Warranty. From 02/01/08 it is not working. I logged a complaint on customer care (Complaint no. is 801384). Customer care committed service provides with in 24 working hours, but my service is pending from last 7days.
I have also made many calls for complaint which was not needed. This has been happening for the last 4 days and I have a great Problem of pure drinking water.
Hence I request the corporation to take appropriate action against the Service Provider to save the image of the mega corporation
and retain the clout of the customers
