Aquaguard purifier
Damaged piece

I purchased Aquaguard crystal model water purifier at girias tambaram branch. But they cheated and supplied damaged piece and they are not replacing it. I purchased on 08/05. But till today there is no solution. I already sent mail to girias and there is no reply from them. Please give me solution and solve the issue.
