Water lifting

I have purchased the AQUAGUARD RO SIlver for the price of 13440/- on 20th august at kanpur, U.P. from last one month it is observed that the purchased AQUAGUARD water purifier has water lifting problem. We complined nearly 5 times to the customer service but till now no one from service centre had come. we are really dissatisfied with the product. So i request M/s AQUAGUARD please send the service person at the earliest to the address given below.
