To change the batterykit

It is very unfortunate that it is taking months to change the battery kit. and the customer care will always promised for 3 days to replace it. I don't understand when there are so many complains agaianst why the top management is not listening it and correcting the issue. Further the one thing we will advice don't purchase this purifier anymore. The customer care is wrost.
