Useless product, waste of money

Dear sir,

I have purchased this product online, 3 months back and when I started using the product, it only worked for 2 weeks, started giving problem, I purchased the product for the good cause, and the money i spend was wasted, I have called up to the customer care and given a complaint, they told me to contact the local office, as I stay in Hyderabad. I called up on the given numbers, Phone no. 040-64514301 by name Rajini, also followed up on these numbers also 040 27844128 and 23324977.

got the product from ACE Distributors, 218 Madina estate, off t road cotton green, mumbai 400033. warranty card no. J236182

These people cheating public and menting money, but very poor service.

Please help me in this matter.
