Cartridge is not working properly

I had purchased Aqua Sure Plus Water Purifier from Rare Engineering products, Pandav Nagar, Delhi on 27.07.08. My Bill invoice No. is 660. Now, this gadzet is not purifying properly as the cartridge appears to be out of life. For this, i am trying to contact M/s Rare Engineering products, Pandav Nagar, Deli on their contact No. 011-22756095 but it is not responding. Please provide the details of some service centres located in Delhi so that i could get my water purifier in condition. Please treat this as most urgent and e-mail.
