Not able deliver a product from 3days which is Bangolore

Hi..

Shipment Number: 6226567384

The shipment status in the website is showing "Shipment out for delivery" from past 3days.

It means these guys will take more than 3 days to delivery within the city (My shiment is in bangalore from past 3 days)??

Or the status showing in thier website is wrong?

I didnt get any call. Am still waiting for it.

The pity thing is even when I called up customer care (bangalore) its contuniously on hold only. Here is the funny one, tried the numbers which I got from this forum.

who replied and gave assurance those things wont repeat for the privious complaints in this forum. Even those guys are not picking up.

Finally got some Delhi customer care number. After minutes of waiting on hold, he picked up and told he cant give bangalore contact, but the product will deliver today.

After seeing all the compaints here I got scared, whether I will get product or not??
