This is not a complaint, a request. I have paid all my previous dues and my card has been approved. Am thankful for the approval and sending a new card to me. Today when I had a talk with the executives, they informed me that I will receive a call from U, when I will receive the new card.
Unforunately the mobile no 98853 97255 I have provided with U is under temp suspension, cause being a dispute in the billing.
Hence I request U kindly mail me the approx. date of receiving the new card.
