I am a bsnl customer, living at Budge Budge, kolkata700137. for last 7 to 8 months someone has been disturbing me and she/he addresses me named Biswajit whose number is 9007399248.

I want to know the real name and detailed address of such person.for that I make my confusion clear and take some legal action.

So please guide me as early as possible.
