The machine was deactivated wrongly. Despite repeated requests and written complaint letter submitted at Begum pet branch; the machine is not activated. I submitted several SRs also and last # is 121997941 on 16-10.
Still the machine is not activated. Since it is deactivated wrongly without my proper consent I should not be penalised for restoration charges as informed to me.
I once again request to restore it FOC immediately as I have already suffered a lot during the last six months of deactivation charges.
In case of not restoration I have to approach at higher level authorities for justification.
