An Auto Riskshaw driver with registration number DL 1R L 5342 asked me to pay

Rs 50 from C- Block market East of Kailash to 8, Balaji Estate, Kalkaji, New Delhi.

The normal fare by meter is 23 Rs only. When i asked him to go by meter, he denied. I threatened him

to file a complaint against him for which he became rude and asked me to go ahead.

I would request you to take action against such drivers as soon as possible so that they do not harass the public any further. I have great faith in the system. Hope some action would be initiated soon.
