Sir,

I tried to withdraw 5000 rs using axis bank debit card from ICICI ATM m/c on 02.05.09.But no money has come out from m/c and my balance was reduced by 5000 . I reported the complaint on 04.02.09. The complaint no. given by the customer care executive was 0905-002841.But till today my money was refunded to me. This hapeened in Lucknow, near patrakarpuram petrol pump, gmotinagar.
