NON RECEIPT OF DEBIT CARDS

I have a joint account savings account (with my wife) 054010100080422 in axis bank shakti nagar branch new delhi. In aug 08 my debit cards expired. i was out of india for a few months. in jan 09 i was told that new cards were despatched to my add but were returned to the branch undelivered. i applied for the cards once more but till april got no no response from the bank. I am a defence personnel posted to a remote location at west bengal.i rang up the delhi branch but was kept on hold for 25 min and then the line was dropped with no concrete result. i went for an exercise to delhi area from where i again enqired about my cards btu was requested by the branch manager to give them some time to look into the matter. This time period was to be 15 days wherin again on my call from bengal the branch gave me a blazeflash courier airway no the detais of which on the courier site were ambiguous.

herefater i rang up the mumbai office where the customer executive apologised for the whole thing but requested me to apply for the cards again.all this while i believe i have been paying for the new cards.

there has been no endeavour from the bank to contact in an event of non receipt of debit cards by me either thru mail or telephonically.i have an internet access to my account and there also a portal exists to send/receive email.i have used this channel many a times but to no avail.the bank has not even sent an email regarding this whole issue.
