DEDUCTED Rs.700 FROM MY ACCOUNT

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind attention that I am an acount holder in Axis bank with following details;-

Name :- Pankaj Kumar

Account No.:-153010100147231

On 30/03 a amount of Rs. 700.00 hadbeen deducted from my account by the bank under the head"consolidated charge ". this is an Saraly account with zero balance. I have contacted to many times by e-mail but nobody is clealifying why the had deducted the ammount.
