I am holder of ATM card of Saraswat Bank, which is having tie up with AXIS bank. I tried to withdraw Rs. 1000/- on 13-4 from AXIS bank ATM located at Nalla Sopara (W), but got "request timed out" message. When written application submitted to my bank, after more than one month time, I got the information from my bank that in AXIS bank record it's showing as money withdrawn.
I request all of you to ask AXIS bank to check it properly & credit the amount to my account. AS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY.
