Delay in issuing DEBIT CARD

I had given request on 24/10, at AXIS Bank Kalyaninagar branch for new DEBIT CARD since, i had lost my card.

As committed by their personnel, at Kalyaninagar branch the card was suppose to get delivered on 30/10.

However, I have not received it yet. After inquiring with Mr. Yogesh Kulkarni (AUX Manager, Kalyaninagar branch) I came to know that the card was returned to Mumbai office.

The curior executive stated “your card was returned to Mumbai office since, there was NO NAME AND ADDRESS MENTIONED ON THE ENVELOPE”.

Is the way AXIS BANK serve their customers. AXIS bank does not have common sense to send courier?

Their employees so uneducated that they don’t know how to send courier/post letters/e-mail such simple things? I had to suffer a lot because of their pathetic service.
