Sub: Reimbursement of deducted / charged money
Dear sir,
This is to inform you that I am having saving account in Axis bank ltd, jamshedpur
bearing A/C NO. 340010100049692 (SHUBHASHREE
DAS). Once it so happened that I didn’t maintain the
minimum balance of my account in the quarter October to
December. As a result, I was charged in the name
consolidated charge of RS. 1950 241 (Tax) on
30/12. I was also charged Rs. 100 for each transaction
during that period.
I want to draw your attention to a point that It is neither mentioned nor informed anywhere about the consequences of not maintaining the minimum balance. I made this mistake because I’m a new account
holder.
Therefore, I request you to reimburse me the charged amount. I
shall be highly obliged to you for your this act of kindness.
