I am a customer of Axis Bank with salary account which was opened by my company (which is forcefully). I have iconnect passwords both, login & transction, i have requested to bank through mail to their customer care mail id for the procedure to activate the netsecure. I am not receving any reply from them, nor i am finding netsecure option on internet. my many dues of this month are pending due to this reason only.
What a poor facility and i am really surprised with nil response from them.
