Non Delivery of Policy

I have renewed my two wheeler insurance policy on 10.06.2008 at Bajaj Allianze Office in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. I have receipt Number:1801-00400456. My previous policy number is OG-08-1801-1802-00018057 valid from 13.07.2007 to 12.07.2008. I have not received my Policy till the date. on 21.08. I called the Office on tel: 040-66775000 and spoke to concern person name Mr Sheik Lal. He said that we will courier your policy today. When I did not receive the policy till 27.o8. I called him again. He told me that your policy has been issued twice. I explained him that still I have not received my policy in my hand. I told him to check with there person and courier company, then he told me that he will be sending my policy again by courier right now i.e. on 27.08.2008. Today is 28.08.2008 and I have not received my policy and since the address is within the same city the courier should reach on the same day of dispatch.

This is just extra information that since it was a small policy of two wheeler so I went personally to the office for the renewal of insurance there I waited for 90 minutes before I got the receipt and I was told that since there is problem in there system so they cannot handover the policy right now instead they will courier me at my home. since they wasted 90 minutes there so they also told me that I do not have to come again and definitely they will courier the policy. This happened on 10.06.2008.

Please take appropriate action and do the needful so that Bajaj Allianze will not repeat this again.
