Non-Receipt of Health Insurance Policy document

Dear Sir/Madam,

My self Ashish Mishra, am a holder a Health Guard Insurance Policy, taken on line from Bajaj Alliance dated 30th Jan. I have made several complaints for non receipt of my policy and documents but till date have got no response from the company. I am really surprised with the cold response of the company regarding complaints and needs of the consumer.
