I had purchased a Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop from House of Laptops in Pune at their Aundh branch on 27th Dec.
The invoice number was A305 and it is in my name.
I had also taken an extended warranty for the same from bajaj alliance by paying the required amount.
I was told that I would receive the policy documents on my mail id [email protected] in one month’s time.
Now its more than 2 months and I have not received any soft or hard copy of the document.
Can you look into this matter.
I am really disappointed with Baja Finance.
