Sir,
I p.suryateja, working in multimediacenter. sir I have puchased a Bajaj Pulsar 150cc on 09-11. (CHASSIS NO: MD2DHDHZZTCF13112) And i have done the all regular services in tanuku, attili. vijay vasavi Bajaj and some services are done at vijay vasavi Bajaj, tanuku. My vehicle silencer is damaged with Rusting& hard beeting.
So I gone to Service centre (vijay vasavi bajaj, tanuku) and give my vehicle for silencer warranty.
The Works Manager has told we cannot give the silencer warrenty . u go to main dealer (eluru) bajaj automobiles and contact the service manager shankar he will give da warrenty so we are not responsible to ur bike silencer warrenty . tanuku bajaj vijaya vasavi mechanics are very poore working n very neglecting to work n very late delivering to general services . iam given to my silencer warrenty 25 days above he will given not response. This is very bad.
Why don, t you give warranty. Another companies (HERO HONDA, TVS, YAMAHA) are give Fully warrenty. I will complaint to consumer court.
