Bajaj xcd two wheeler

Sir,

I have purchased a bajaj two wheeler from Gautam automobiles, New delhi. At the time of delevery i submitted all required document & thay told to come after 3 months but when i contacted him after 3 months that time he told to come again after 3 to 4 months. Some time i feel cheating from Gautam atomobiles.& his employees behaviour is also very rough.
