My name is Rahul Dwivedi, I applied for Barak Valley Cements IPO which I couldn't get any. But still I didn't recieved refund. I applied through ICICI Direct.com. I tried calling Registrar of the company on 022-25960328 and 022-25960320 number of times but I could never connect as phone is either busy or nobody responded.
They not responding at all. I am losing on Rs 6000/-
