Barclay Bank.

Sub: Reversal of Late Fees.

Respected Sir,

Statements are not sent on time, due to which there was an delay in payment and accordingly late fees were charged. The payment from my end was holded as i was not responsible for the Late fee. This was communicated to customer care department and being informed to release the total payment and the late fees will be reversed, but in the next bill the late came with huge interest.

I am having the entire chain of mail where it clearly indicates how fake information are given to my queries and today when they are not in position to respond to my mail, the only way they have got is to irritate me by giving daily phone calls.

Please let us know if you can provide us the any management contact so that this can be bring to there notice.
