Dear sir,

I have received the message from Barclay card 15-Jan. To my shock an amount of Rs. 6741 /- charged as Barclay Priority Circle fees. In the first week of November, I got a call from Barclay and told about Barclay Priority Circle and told that I need not pay anything for this offer. But they have charged for the same. Also my card is in Blocked status.

I raised a complained on 15.01.2009 To Barclay customer care (852068). They say they will look into the request immediately But nothing has happend.

Kindly help me.
