Cancellation of Times Priority membership registration

Hi,

I am Barclays Times Card customer. I got the call from your executive for Times Priority membership registration. I have accepted the membership at that time. But now think this will not be much useful for me so I want to cancel my registration.

That's why I call Times Priority customer care no 011 – 45081222. I told that same to one of executive and she forwarded my call to her supervisor. I have again described the same to her. She told me that "we don't have any policy for cancellation of this membership". And I have to pay that 6000 taxes ammount in any case.

I want to cancel the registration and if I am not going to use this service in future so why should I pay for its registration.

Please help me or advice.
