HI,

Please note that we are a regular customer of your service from last 20 years but never faced such kind of problem, we admire Bata for its quality products.

i have purchased a shoe for myslf about 4 months earlier and as per the quality expected that it would last upto 2-3 years approx. but it got damaged, i have misplaced my bill slip. i visited your showroom at N.I.T., bata hardware road, faridabad-121001 (Haryana). the behaviour of those employees was very rude and improper. i even have talked to branch manager about it but he also not have responded properly.

i expect that you should strickly take some action against it and get my shoe replaced at the earliest so that i can continue with the services which i trust and admire.
