I purchased a shoes on 27/3. But after 25 days it has cracked.when i contacted to shop man. they offer me only 75% compensation. But i refused to accept it. Why should i pay for their mistake.

Kindly tell me what should i do?

Is there any way to get full compensation?

Please help me out.
