I am a regular user of Bata shoes. I have purchased a pair of shoes from the showroom of Thevara, Ernakulam after paying Rs.1100 under a discount scheme hardly one month back. Shoes’ sole has stud like fittings. One the stud was lost and the sole worn out.

S.L no. of the shoe is 881-4754 7. The shoe is damaged because of the inferior quality.

Since I have paid Rs.1100 I could not use it even for thirty days. Action may kindly be taken to cure my damage. Since I have good faith in Bata products, I never kept the invoice which is irrecoverably lost.
