Disconnection of Landline and poor response by staff

Sir,

We paid our August month bill before due date our telephone number is 25436996. During the process our credit card was swiped twice by BSNL staff and our money debited twice from our account for the same bill. The staff asked us to proivde a letter to adjust the excess amount with next month (september) bill which we did. Yesterday our outgoing calls were disconnected quoting we didnot pay the bill. When i called the customer service, they said our two months bill were pending. We are suffering for no mistake of ours. Kindly rectify the matter.
