Failed my regitration before time and without any prior information

Dear sir

I am a subscriber of Prepaid Airtel mobile connection. My mobile no is 9893402073, I have a Life Time Validity Connection, I am using this number since 2005. But at the moment Airtel is displaying a massage "Registration Failed". They have not given me any prior information regarding it, I don't know why they did so. I have tried to contact the company many a times but they do not respond to me. I am using this number on roaming. I am facing a lot of problem due to it. It is going to lead me to some serious losses.

I want to sue the company. Can you help me??
