Wrong information by Customer Care Executive at Call Center and hence wrong bills

Sir/Madam,

Connection number-9910755337

I asked to disconnect the above number forever (on 25 th sept request no.18519451)

but the same was not disconnected till date due to wrong feedback given by the Customer Care Executive. The same number was deactivated (after call from Customer care executive side) well at start of first week of Oct and hence we paid the latest bill and destroyed the sim and thrown away the same. I was never been defaulter in paying the bills prior to such request (2 years period). I am surprised once the bills are continued against the number and when asked at customer relationship center, they told that the number is not disconnected as per Customer request.

Please look into the matter for Customer inconvenience. I am not liable to pay anything due to wrong billings as a result of wrong feedback by the Customer Care Executive.
