Dear Sir / Madam,
I have requested for an Irtel Broadband connection in August. I filled the form and have deposited the requested amount. Connection is supposed to be done in 5-10 days. I didnt received any call from Airtel. Later, when I called customer care I came to know that the connection is not possible at the required destination in Gurgaon.
I have not been refunded the due amount back since August. I have called customer care 20-30 times, every time I get a fresh concerned number from their side and I am assured that my money will be refunded in next 15 days. No feedback/call back from them.
Really disgusting service from a company with such a brand name.
Ready to take money for registration before enquiring that connection is feasible or not. And totally reluctant to reply back and refund back customer due amounts.
