No Delivery... Very Poor Service

I recently subscribed to BigFlix and paid for 2 months membership via BigBazar offer (which is non refundable).

It all went fine until 10th Jan when I sent a pickup request for the movie I had with me. On 11th Jan as usual I got a sms confirming that the next movie in the queue was checked out and will be delivered to me. But it didn't happen although I was there at home the whole day.

The next day I lodged a complaint stating the same and I was assured that the movie would be delivered to me soon. However, that 'soon' moment has never come till date. Every time I call the customer care, I get the response that my complaint has been escalated and it is being worked out. I really don't understand how much time it takes to work out a complaint as simple as this.

I will still wait for a couple of days more. If they still do not resume delivery and do nothing about my complaint, I will have no option but to approach the Consumer Court for a redressal.

I do hope that my issue gets resolved without having to approach the consumer court.

But if the company does not pay heed to our complaints, we should all file cases in the Consumer Court. This is the only way we can make companies like these realize that they just can't keep harassing customers like this.
